Green Energizing Elixir
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of organic greensĀ (I like the organic baby kale & spinach mix)
- 1 medium mandarin or 2 mini mandarins
- 1 small banana
- 12 almonds
- 2.5 cups ice cold filtered water (you can have more or less depending on your desired consistency)
Tip: You can also add a 2 tbsp of ground flax for a boost of omega-3 essential fatty acids and fibre, and instead of water you can add coconut water to naturally replenish those electrolytes!
