3 Minute High Protein Cheese & Herb Egg Scrambler

3 Minute High Protein Cheese & Herb Egg Scrambler

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cups egg whites
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 oz. crumbled feta or cheese of your choice

Directions:

  1. Add pre-washed and dried mixed greens to bowl, pour in the egg whites and mix with a fork.
  2. Microwave on high for 45 sec-1 minute.
  3. Remove and mix again. Add your salt, dried oregano and cheese.
  4. Microwave on high until done. (1 -2 minutes)
