3 Minute High Protein Cheese & Herb Egg Scrambler
- 2/3 cups egg whites
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- 1 pinch of dried oregano
- 1 oz. crumbled feta or cheese of your choice
- Add pre-washed and dried mixed greens to bowl, pour in the egg whites and mix with a fork.
- Microwave on high for 45 sec-1 minute.
- Remove and mix again. Add your salt, dried oregano and cheese.
- Microwave on high until done. (1 -2 minutes)
