- 1/2 cup fresh organic raspberries
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Tip: Want to make the dressing a little sweet? Add 1-2 tbsp. of raw organic honey depending on how sweet you’d like it right before you blend the ingredients…yummm… 🙂
Place all ingredients into any high powered blender (I use my inexpensive little Nutribullet – LOVE IT!) and blend until creamy smooth. Drizzle over any fresh crisp leafy green salad! Enjoy!
Note: You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
