This 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗜𝗡 VEGAN 𝓛𝓮𝓶𝓸𝓷 𝓓𝓲𝓵𝓵 spread has been all the rage in my home these last few days!
We’ve been enjoying it with crackers, pita bread and as a dip with veggies, 𝓼𝓸𝓸𝓸𝓸 good!!!
Want to make some too? Here’s what you’ll need:
•1 pkg extra firm tofu
•1/4 cup lemon juice (𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘥, 𝘴𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘥𝘥 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢 𝘵𝘴𝘱 𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘰)
• 2 tbsp tahini
•1/4 cup olive oil
•1-2 tsp salt
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 tsp fresh ground pepper
•1 tbsp dried oregano
•1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill
1) Remove tofu from packaging, and pat down with paper towel removing excess liquid.
2) crumble tofu into your food processor and add all remaining ingredients. Blending until smooth.
Seriously, that’s it! 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘺𝘶𝘮𝘮𝘺!
Add it to a couple rye crackers and top with your favourite veggies, use as a dip with veggies, on your toast in the morning, in a wrap at lunch, or with a couple tortilla chips while watching a movie with the family. (𝘠𝘦𝘴,𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘱𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.)
